I, the undersigned hereby apply for membership in the Outlaw Yacht Club and if elected to join the membership, agree to the following.

1. I have read and understand the Outlaw Yacht Club BYLAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.

2. I WILL OBSERVE THE TRADITIONS Of Yachting etiquette and comply with all BYLAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS of the Outlaw Yacht Club.

3. If approved for membership and as partial consideration for such membership, I agree to hold the Outlaw Yacht Club Harmless from any liability in the event of damage and/or loss of any kind or description whatsoever to my boat or other equipment while same is attending a Yacht Club function. I further agree to hold the Outlaw Yacht Club harmless from all liability in the event of personal injury or injuries of any kind or description to myself, members of my family or guests, occurring in route to, during, or after any Outlaw Yacht Club sponsored event.

4. While flying an Outlaw Yacht Club Burgee and representing the Outlaw Yacht Club I will obey all the rules of the water and be a courteous boater .
